Paleolithic 3-Spice Tropicana Beef Loin Steaks
Youll incredibly should have: 2 pieces of fat free beef loin steaks, 2 tbs of dried coconut, 2 glasses of pineapple juice, chili flakes, blended spice of cardamom, pepper and coriander.
Directions:
(1)Remove bone from loin steaks. Rub chili flakes and spices onto the meat. Rub thoroughly okay simply given that we require the beef to totally absorb the spices.
